About Chef Fitzpatrick

Madeline spent the first decade of her career chasing the dream in corporate America: from city government, to legal services, to Wall Street. However, she found her true joy in cooking for herself, and eventually small groups of friends. In 2018, she followed her passion for cooking and enrolled in the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute. Upon graduating, Madeline started as a line cook for a local meal prep start-up, taught as a culinary instructor at a local high school, and quickly became Sous Chef at Suis Generis.

While launching a handful of successful projects, including Wonton Rouler and Soul Noodle, Madeline determined her true calling in bringing creative concepts to her fellow New Orleanians.
